4. Payment terms

Fees, payment schedules and refund terms are set out in each individual proposal. In general: retainer services are billed monthly in advance; one-off projects are billed with a starting deposit and milestone payments.

5. Intellectual property

All website content, logos, code and materials on duniyaads.com are the property of Duniya Ads or its licensors. Client deliverables ownership is defined in individual service contracts.

6. Third-party services

Where our services involve third-party platforms (Google, Meta, hosting providers, etc.), those services are governed by their own terms — we are not responsible for changes to their platforms or fees.

7. Confidentiality

We treat all client information as confidential. We're happy to sign NDAs before detailed project discussions.

8. Results

Digital marketing outcomes depend on many factors, including competition, market conditions and your own execution. We commit to disciplined, best-practice work — we do not guarantee specific traffic, ranking or revenue numbers.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Duniya Ads is not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Our liability for any direct claim is limited to the fees paid to us in the three months prior to the claim.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, with exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Madurai, Tamil Nadu.
